Each bottle of BreatheFree™ Nasal Wash contains 1.5 fluid ounces. Use as often as needed or as directed by your health care practitioner for the relief of nasal irritation. For best results, use this formula at least twice daily. With head in upright position, insert nozzle in nostril and squeeze container quickly 2 to 3 times while inhaling. If nose is completely blocked, lie down after spraying for best results.
